Privacy

Your health questions deserve privacy by default.

This notice explains what this website does with your information, what happens when you email us, and what will change when the PreggyPal app launches.

Last updated: October 2026 · Version 1.0

The short version

  • This website does not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
  • The contact form opens your own email app. Nothing is sent to or stored on this website.
  • If you email us, we use your details only to reply and keep the conversation.
  • PreggyPal does not sell health data. Ever.
  • The app will have its own privacy notice and consent flow before launch.

This website

This is a static informational site. It does not include a login, a database or a server-side contact form. Fonts are hosted on this domain rather than loaded from a third-party font service, so browsing these pages does not make a request to Google Fonts.

The site is served by whichever hosting provider we use. Like most hosts, that provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and requested page) for security and reliability. We do not combine those logs with any other information or use them to build a profile of you.

If you email us or use the contact form

The contact form composes an email in your own email application. When you press send, the message travels through your email provider to ours. We receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include.

  • We use those details only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
  • We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit request.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
  • We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them, then delete them on request.

Please do not send sensitive clinical details, scans or identifying information about another person through the contact form. If you need clinical advice, contact your care team.

When the app launches

PreggyPal is in development. Before launch, the app will publish a separate privacy notice that explains, in plain language:

  • what health information is collected, and why each item is needed;
  • where it is stored, who can access it, and for how long;
  • how consent works, and how you can withdraw it;
  • how you can request a copy or deletion of your information;
  • how data is protected in transit and at rest.

These commitments will be designed with the same principle as the clinical content: collect the minimum, explain the purpose, and never trade trust for data.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask for correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@preggypal.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you have joined the waitlist, you can ask to be removed at any time.

Medical disclaimer

PreggyPal provides general health information and navigation support. It is not a medical device, does not provide a diagnosis, and does not replace care from a doctor, midwife or emergency service. If you have an urgent concern, contact your local emergency number or your maternity unit immediately.
